We have over 25 years extensive hotel and restaurant training in food production, proper handling, and banquet service as well as 20 years running our own catering and event planning company.
Ginas's Catering, L.L.C.specializes in events which require food and knowledgeable event planning, with menus ranging from box lunches to five course dinners. We have excellent staff to create innovative and exciting new dishes with emphasis on flavor, presentation and impeccable service.
We offer many styles of catering: formal course dinners, buffet service, butler style, hors d' oeuvres, picnics, deli bars, simple continental breakfasts and fun afternoon breaks. We understand the varying and different styles of our clients and strive to meet any and all of their needs.
Ginas Catering, L.L.C. is fully licensed to serve alcohol. From simple beer and wine service to a full cocktail bar. Also, we offer floral and specialty décor set up, all of which is important to a truly wonderful event!
